CARD CUTS + SLITS

Put additional information in the hands of your audience by providing a business card, brochure or CD/DVD as part of your custom folder. These cuts and slits come free of charge with your folder!

BUSINESS CARD SLITS

There are many options for card cuts as well as brochure and CD/DVD slits that can go on the pockets of your folder. This allows you to further customize the way the information is being held and perceived.

You can specify vertical or horizontal cuts for business cards or go with a universal card cut to keep your options open. Business card slits are usually changeable on pocket folder dies, and we provide standard card cuts on horizontal pockets at no charge.

USB POCKETS

We have a standard USB pocket that holds most USB drives or we can design a custom pocket that holds your specific flash drive.

DEBOSSING

A debossing adds a three-dimensional element to your pocket folder. A shape will be pressed into the paper and can be combined with foil stamping to intensify the visual effect of the debossing.

FOIL STAMPING

Foil stamping offers an elegant way of customizing your custom boxes and packaging. The wide range of available foils offers a look and feel as unique as your company.

Foils come in a wide selection of colors and finishes, from traditional metallic gold and silver, to metallic and matte foils in every color of the rainbow. Metallic foils are the most widely used stamping foils because they add a brilliant, eye-catching shine.

SPOT UV

Spot UV is great way to highlight and accentuate your art with a subtle contrast.

Applied after lamination or varnish, a contrasting spot UV picks up the light and gives a tactile feel to your box or packaging. Using a spot UV gloss combined with matte lamination is a great way to add contrasting finishes to your project, with maximum style.

For best results, we recommend our matte soft touch lamination, which works well with spot UV.

OFFSET PRINTED TABS

Offset printed tab dividers have a full range of options from standard tab cuts to half-moon or custom. They are available in standard banks of 2 to 8 as well as custom configurations, including pocket pages, cut sheets and box tabs. Design your tab dividers to be printed either single- or double-sided and create a unique look by adding one of three lamination options, spot UV, or varnishes.

 

FULL BLEED DIGITAL TABS

Full bleed tab dividers allow more room for your creativity due to our full bleed capability. You can design your tabs for both the front and the back. You have 3 lamination choices available.

STANDARD DIGITAL TABS

Don’t let the word “standard” fool you. These tab dividers offer endless design options and are ready to ship quickly. They come with a reinforced tab extension and binding edge for additional strength and longevity. We offer banks of 4 to 8 tabs with this option.

CUT DIVIDER SHEETS

Continue your branding and image all the way through your binder with custom cut sheets. Cut sheets are a great option for a cover page with introductory information about your binder content. This can be the first thing that someone sees after opening your custom binder.

If you don’t like the tab extension but want to make it easier to navigate through your materials, cut sheets are your best choice! They can be used just like tab dividers to separate the different sections of your content, but do not have the extensions a regular tab divider would have.
